What ingredients do you use in your soaps?
The ingredients depend on which soap you choose because each one has its own formula. We use ingredients like goat’s milk, glycerin, aloe vera, turmeric, activated charcoal, tea tree oil, oatmeal, honey, essential oils, and other skin-loving oils and ingredients. If you’re interested in a specific soap, let me know which one and I can give you the exact ingredients.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Many of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Our Oatmeal & Honey Soap is especially popular for eczema-prone skin — oatmeal soothes irritation while honey offers natural antibacterial properties. We recommend doing a small patch test on your inner wrist before full use if you have very reactive skin.
Is your Turmeric & Charcoal Soap safe for all skin tones?
Yes. Turmeric helps fade dark spots and even out skin tone, while activated charcoal draws out impurities from pores. These ingredients are suitable for all skin tones. With consistent use, most customers notice a brighter, clearer complexion within 2–4 weeks.
Is African Black Soap safe to use on my face?
Yes, Raw African Black Soap is safe to use on your face, but DO NOT rub the raw bar directly on your face. Because it’s traditionally made, it can contain small rough or sharp particles. Instead, lather it using a sponge, loofah, or washcloth, then gently wash your face with the lather and rinse thoroughly.
Are your beard and black seed oils natural?
Yes — our beard oil and black seed oil are made with 100% natural ingredients. Black seed oil (Nigella sativa) has been used for centuries for its anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties and is great for both skin and hair.
How to Use
How do I use your bar soaps?
Wet your skin and lather the bar with a loofah, sponge or washcloth. Massage gently onto your skin in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly. For best results, allow the bar to dry between uses by storing it on a well-draining soap dish away from standing water — this also extends the life of the bar significantly.
How long does a bar of soap last?
With proper storage and daily use, a bar typically lasts 1-2 weeks.Keeping it dry between uses (on a draining soap dish or rack) is the single biggest factor in longevity.
How do I use the beard oil or black seed oil?
For beard oil: apply 3–5 drops to your palm, rub hands together, and work it into your beard from root to tip. Style as usual.
For black seed oil: it can be used topically on skin or hair, or taken internally (1 teaspoon daily is a common serving). Always consult a healthcare professional before internal use.
How often should I use the Oatmeal & Honey Soap for eczema?
Daily use is fine for most people. If your skin feels tight or irritated, scale back to once daily and follow up with an unscented moisturizer while your skin is still slightly damp to lock in hydration.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders $45 and over. Orders under $45 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future — check back or sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
What if I have a reaction to a product?
We're sorry to hear that. Please discontinue use immediately and contact us at your earliest convenience. While reactions are rare, we take every report seriously and will work with you on a resolution.
