Order Processing Time
We handcraft and prepare our products with care, so please allow 5–10 business days for us to process your order before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). This processing time lets us ensure every item meets our high quality standards – we appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait! If there are any unexpected delays or an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Options (U.S.)
We ship anywhere in the United States (including all 50 states, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses) using the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders include tracking for your peace of mind. Here are our domestic shipping options:

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free USPS shipping on all U.S. orders over $60 (after discounts, before taxes). Yay!

Standard Shipping (Orders under $60): For orders below $60, a standard shipping fee will apply. This cost is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination – we strive to keep these rates as affordable as possible.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS, depending on your location. You’ll receive a USPS tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey from our door to yours.
Note: Because we use USPS, we can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses without any issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist in tracking it down.
International Shipping
We are proud to offer international shipping so our products can reach you wherever you are! International orders are also shipped via USPS and will be handed off to your country’s local postal service for final delivery. Please review the key points of our international shipping policy:

Shipping Countries: We currently ship to many countries worldwide. (If we’re unable to ship to your country for any reason, you will be notified at checkout.)

Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Please note: We do not currently offer free shipping for international orders, so any applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Time: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination. On average, orders arrive in about 1–3 weeks after shipment. However, please be aware that in some cases delivery can take up to 4–6 weeks due to customs processing or delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Tracking: You will receive a USPS international tracking number once your order ships. This tracking will often update while the package is in the US and in transit to your country. Once it arrives overseas, your local postal service may provide final delivery updates using the same tracking number. (Tracking availability can vary by country.)

Customs & Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that your country may impose on the shipment. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. Unfortunately, we have no control over these government fees and we cannot predict what they may be for your country. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Customs Clearance: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or holds. We fill out all required customs paperwork to help your order clear quickly, but occasionally packages can be held for inspection which may delay delivery. We ask for your patience in such cases. If you feel your package is severely delayed, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
Important: If your international order has not arrived after 30 days from shipment, please contact us. We will work with you to investigate the delay. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ll help in any way we can to ensure you receive your order.
